Favourite Tea, Not So Much Favourite Tea

I bought this Dongding Oolong Tea in Taiwan last year.

It really is tasty.

Can't believe how nice it is.

この凍頂烏龍茶は去年台湾で購入したもの。

美味しい美味しい美味しい。

本当に美味しい。

I bought this tea in Sainsbury.

It's OK, but I won't buy it again.

(I know I'm being unfair by

comparing tea bags bought in Supermarket 

and tea leaves bought in an authentic tea shop in Taiwan--)

これは北アイルランドのスーパーで購入。

不味くもないけど、リピートはなし。

茶葉を比較するのはちょっとフェアじゃないけど。）

The Food I Had in Japan

Finally, a strange bread I had in Odawara.

There's 'chikuwa' inside....

最後に小田原で買った、竹輪入りのパン....。

いくらお魚が有名だからって（苦笑）。

Made with a recipe I acquired a long time ago in Japan.

このレシピカードを使った。

これは一体いつ入手したんだろう...？

ダイエーのロゴも今はこんな風じゃないしね（苦笑）。

One of the ingredients--demi-glace sauce--

is very difficult to find in Ireland,

so I made something like that 

from Knor Stock Pots, onions and red wine.

材料のリストにあるデミグラソースは

アイルランドで入手するのは非常に困難なので、

Knor Stock Potsの力を借りて

 工夫して自分で作ってみた。

The result was--delicious!

結果は大成功！

Spanish Style Lamb

The recipe for this lamb was created by Aongus Hanly--

who used to be a head chef for Tosca restaurant

which was owned by one and only BONO.

(Though the restaurant was an Italian restaurant.)

このレシピはU2のボノが所有していたレストランの

シェフによるもの。美味しかった。 

The Invincible Duo

Made a lasagna with a help from these invincible two!

この最強コンビの力を借りてラザニアを作った。

And the result--Delicious!

結果は美味しかった。

This is my third time to come to this restaurant in 2015.

今年に入ってここの来るのは3度目！

This time, it was for our St. Valentine's dinner.

今回はバレンタインデーのディナー。 

Tasty & tasty.

I got so full that I had to skip the dessert.

食べ過ぎてデザートは諦めた。

前回パスタ以外にも挑戦したいと書いたが、

ここの手作りパスタは本当に美味しいので

またまたパスタにしてしまった。
